Returns and Refund Policy
If you have encountered an issue with the product or it is not suitable for you, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Before submitting a return request, please make sure that:
- The product packaging has been opened without damage (resealable packaging must not be torn, ripped, or otherwise damaged).
- The product is complete – packaging and all included parts must be returned.
- The product shows no signs of use.
- If the product is faulty, please attach photos of the defect and wait for further instructions from us.
To speed up the return process, you can send the following information to our customer service email:
- Full name of the buyer
- Order date
- Order number (you may also attach the invoice)
- Product code / SKU
- Reason for return
Once your return request has been submitted and confirmed by us, you may return the product using a method of your choice.

Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
After handing the item over to the courier, please send us a copy of the receipt or confirmation by email, so we can begin the return process and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
