- GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Response time to emails is up to 5 business days. If you have questions or want to inquire about your order, feel free to contact our customer service.
1.2 Payments are accepted in EUR currency.
1.3 This website is operated by Rasa Trading Company AS.
- ORDERING
2.1 You can order products from our webshop without registering, but registered users may receive additional discounts. The system is secure and easy to use, and your personal data is protected with us.
2.2 To place an order, follow these steps:
- Add the desired product(s) to your cart;
- Proceed to the shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page;
- Fill in the required fields, choose your preferred delivery and payment method;
- Read the Terms and Conditions and confirm your agreement;
- Click “Place Order” and complete the payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and your order will begin processing.
- PAYMENT
3.1 After completing the payment, please make sure to click the “Return to merchant” button.
3.2 You can pay quickly and securely via bank links, installment partners, or invoice/e-invoice.
3.2.1 Supported bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, and COOP Bank. Payments are processed via Montonio payment service.
3.3 Your order will be processed once full payment has been received into our bank account.
3.4 Payment service fees are borne by the buyer.
- DELIVERY
4.1 Once your payment is successful, you will receive an email titled “Order confirmed” with all the details. If you have not received this email, please contact customer support. After confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped.
4.1.1 Note: Deliveries do not take place on national holidays.
4.2 If the customer fails to collect the parcel and it is returned to Rasa Trading Company AS, the customer must cover the return shipping cost and, if desired, the cost of reshipping. If the customer has chosen pickup from our office, they must collect the goods within 3 calendar months. If the goods are not collected, the order will be canceled and the paid amount will not be refunded.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods and to return or exchange the product. The product must be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
5.2 The returned product must be in its original packaging, with original labeling, and in the same completeness as received. If the packaging can be opened without damage, the customer must open it accordingly. If the original packaging is damaged, or if the product has been used beyond what is necessary to examine it, the seller has the right to reduce the refund by a compensation amount corresponding to the reduction in value. The customer will be informed of the compensation amount as soon as it is determined.
5.3 Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the reason for return is a faulty or incorrect item.
5.4 The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
5.5 The webshop will refund all payments received from the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
5.6 The webshop may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the buyer has provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
5.7 If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard offered, the webshop is not required to reimburse the additional cost.
5.8 The webshop has the right to cancel the transaction and reclaim the goods if the listed price was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
5.9 To withdraw from the purchase, the customer must fill out a withdrawal form.
5.10 After submitting the withdrawal form, you may return the product to our office at Kollane tn 4-101, Tallinn, Harjumaa 10147. 5.11 The buyer must report any defects within two months by email or phone: +372 5132123. The webshop will respond within 15 days.
5.12 If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days.
- DATA PROTECTION
6.1 Customer data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
6.2 Rasa Trading Company AS collects consumer data when a customer account is created and/or an order is placed.
6.3 The data collected includes name, email address, mobile number, and preferences.
6.4 Data is used to provide, improve, and personalize services. This includes selling products and offering personalized deals.
6.5 By entering data and confirming the order, the consumer grants permission to collect and process their data and to share necessary data with logistics partners for delivery.
6.6 Rasa Trading Company AS may use the customer’s address to send advertisements and information.
6.7 The customer has the right to opt out of data collection and usage at any time, except where it is necessary for fulfilling a contract or delivery.
6.8 Electronic direct marketing will only be sent with the customer’s consent.
6.9 Encrypted communication with banks ensures the security of personal banking details, which are not accessible to Rasa Trading Company AS.
6.9.1 Rasa Trading Company AS does not share personal data with third parties.
6.10 Rasa Trading Company AS may send Messenger notifications, campaigns, and order updates.
- OTHER TERMS
7.1 LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE:
7.1.1 Rasa Trading Company AS and the customer are liable for damage caused by a breach of these terms, as stipulated in Estonian law.
7.1.2 Rasa Trading Company AS is not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond its control (force majeure).
7.2 BREACH OF OBLIGATIONS:
7.2.1 Breach includes failure to perform or delayed/improper performance of the order.
7.3 LEGAL REMEDIES:
7.3.1 In case of breach, the customer may:
- demand performance;
- withhold their own performance;
- claim compensation;
- withdraw from or terminate the contract;
- reduce the price;
- charge interest for delay.
- 7.3.2 Remedies may be used individually or in combination, unless otherwise restricted by law or contract.
7.3.3 The customer may not rely on a breach if it was caused by their own actions or risks they bear.
- COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
- 8.1 Coupons and discount codes can be used by any user who has received one.
8.2 To use a coupon or discount code, add products to the cart, enter the code in the discount field, and click APPLY. The system will calculate the discount.
8.3 Coupons and codes have an expiration date, indicated at the time of receipt.
8.4 Only one coupon can be used per order.
8.5 Coupons can be used on discounted items only if the coupon allows it.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 In matters not covered in these terms, Estonian law shall apply.
9.2 In case of disputes, the customer may contact:
